About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Divisional Director to lead our services across three diverse regions: Shropshire, Lancashire, and Derbyshire. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving excellence in service delivery, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and fostering innovation to meet the evolving needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic leadership for our supported living and residential services across the division.

  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

  • Lead on performance management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement.

  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, health services, and community stakeholders.

  • Champion workforce development and engagement, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Initiative growth to enable the division to support more people.



About You


  • Proven track record in senior leadership within adult social care or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of statutory frameworks, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional ability to manage complex budgets.

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and partnership working across multiple regions.

  • Inspirational and visible leader with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Able to travel around the division, with the ability to stay away from home on occasion
