Senior Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain at Advanced Resource Managers

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join a luxury manufacturing family-run business on a permanent basis.

The Distribution Manager represents an integral part of the workshop team, providing direction and support in the service delivery of luxury products.

The Role:

• Organise and motivate the Distribution team to ensure they work with high efficiency and stay ahead of schedule
• Manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered to a high standard (product and packaging), safely and on time
• Update and manage aspects of the Production Report
• Manage in-house corporate personalising and engraving schedule
• Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to workshop team for QC and labelling before storing
• Record all stock movements; track and control samples including high value and bespoke items e.g., silverware and samples
• Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any differences and report results
