About The Distribution Key Account Manager Role

As a Distribution Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of SC Johnson Professional distributor buying accounts in our prioritized segments. Your goal is to grow sales and profit by leveraging our product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customer bases.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver year-on-year growth in the assigned territory in line with budgeted expectations
  • Ensure journey plans are in place to maximize end-user engagement
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate all allocated distributor accounts by understanding their respective market sectors
  • Manage marketing programs with clear ROI KPIs, attending exhibitions and trade shows as requested
Experience
  • Awareness of sales budgets, profit margins, and tactics to influence and deliver results
  • Proven track record of building long-term mutually beneficial relationships
  • Successful achievement of sales targets
