SC Johnson Professional has an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Key Account Manager to join the team! This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will be based in the South of England, covering areas including Reading, Watford, Luton, Northampton, Cambridge, and surrounding counties where business needs arise.


About The Team


The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of distributor accounts in key segments, aiming to grow sales and profit by leveraging our product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customers.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve year-on-year growth in the assigned territory in line with budgets
  • Develop journey plans to maximize end-user engagement
  • Manage and understand market sectors of distributor accounts
  • Implement marketing programs with clear ROI KPIs, attending exhibitions and trade shows as needed

Experience Required

  • Knowledge of sales budgets, profit margins, and influencing tactics
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
