Job summary

Kingsbridge Chambers is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our Kingsbridge team on a hybrid basis. You will work on a range of disputes for an established client base, handling cases from start to finish and meeting clients in person as required.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. The role offers up to £60,000pa, hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 remote), CPD funding and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of dispute resolution cases including Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, Contentious Trusts, Probate and Construction disputes.
• Manage own varied caseload from inception to completion for high-net-worth clients.
• Attend regular client meetings, including occasional off-site meetings.

Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Kingsbridge / Hybrid - Up to £60,000pa + Benefits

This is a superb opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established law firm in the Kingsbridge area, with the added benefit of being able to work on a hybrid basis.

A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE under your belt, you will deal with all manner of Dispute Resolution work for the Firms established HNW client base.

The Role

• You will work as part of an established team and be involved in a variety of cases, including Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, Contentious Trusts, Probate and Construction disputes.
• You will manage your own varied caseload from inception to completion for clients, including high-net worth individuals
• Attend regular in-person client meetings, occasionally off-site

• A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum 3 years PQE and managing your own caseload
• Be an excellent networker and enjoy building client relationships
• Be technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience
• Be keen to learn, train and develop your own knowledge and skills
