Job summary

THE AMBITIOUS GROUP is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor in London (Westminster) to manage a varied caseload including Property Litigation and Probate disputes. You will handle cases from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, with opportunities to advocate in the County Court.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years PQE, proven Property Litigation experience, and familiarity with Case Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Experience in Property Litigation; contentious probate a plus.
• Advocacy in County Court desirable.
• Familiarity with Case Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload including Property Litigation, Commercial and Probate Disputes.
• Manage cases through settlement or trial and attend court hearings.
• Work towards individual and team targets.

The Role

• This is a varied role, with the caseloads including Property Litigation matters,
• Commercial and Probate Disputes
• You will be managing your own caseload of Litigation matters through to settlement or trial
• Attending court hearings and conferences
• Working towards individual and team targets

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with 1 - 2 years PQE
• Demonstrable experience in Property Litigation, and also ideally Contentious Probate matters
• Experience of Advocacy in the County Court
• Familiarity of Case Management Systems
