Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Dispute Resolution solicitor to join as a Partner, with control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and opportunity to develop an independent practice within a supportive platform.

You will bring 4+ years PQE in dispute resolution, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The firm offers autonomy, competitive fees share (up to 85%), comprehensive admin support, and a flexible working approach.

The Role

We are seeking a Dispute Resolution solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex dispute resolution law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in dispute resolution
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiativesIs ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
