Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a passion for property litigation?

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented commercial or civil litigator to join its growing team based in Uckfield.

The role offers a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, contractual disputes and general civil litigation matters. You will manage files from instruction to resolution, advise clients on strategy and represent them in negotiations and court proceedings.
