Are you a seasoned litigation professional ready to take the next step in your legal career? A vibrant and forward-thinking law firm in Brighton and Hove is seeking a Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its dynamic Dispute Resolution team.

This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE, looking to manage a varied and stimulating caseload while contributing to the growth of a respected legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder/director conflicts and professional negligence claims
Manage property litigation cases such as lease renewals, dilapidations, rent arrears, forfeiture, boundary disputes and landlord & tenant issues
Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management and settlement options
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Assist the Partnership in expanding the commercial litigation offering in the Brighton and Hove area

Your Profile

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in both commercial and property litigation
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Proactive, collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality legal services

Key duties
