Kent law firm in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its growing Litigation team. You will handle a varied civil litigation caseload, including property and landlord/tenant disputes, with opportunities for development in a supportive practice.

A well-established Kent law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with up to 2 years' PQE to develop their career within a supportive and reputable practice.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, boundary and neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, inheritance disputes, possession proceedings and contractual disputes. Previous experience in property litigation or landlord and tenant matters would be advantageous.
