Job description

My client is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with up to five years' post-qualification experience to join their busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Margate.

The role

You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters. Your work is likely to include:

• Property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters
• Employment disputes
• Probate and inheritance disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• General commercial litigation

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experienced in managing a litigation caseload
• Confident handling court proceedings and dispute resolution processes
• An excellent communicator with strong client care skills
• Empathetic, commercially aware and solutions focused

Salary and benefits
