Job summary

Sellick Partnership invites applications for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) in Shrewsbury. You will work with experienced Partners on commercial litigation across contractual and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and property litigation.

Qualifications

• NQ-2 years PQE or equivalent through training
• Experience in commercial dispute resolution or at least one litigation seat
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded and proactive in approach
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Able to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• Committed to high standard of client service
• Keen to develop a career in commercial litigation
• Willing to get involved in business development and marketing

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload across contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and property litigation

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a highly regarded and specialist Dispute Resolution team in Shrewsbury.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to gain early responsibility, direct Partner exposure and high-quality commercial litigation experience.

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on complex and high-value disputes while developing your own caseload.

Your workload is likely to include:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• Managing your own caseload with supervision and support
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
• Building strong client and professional relationships
• Developing your experience across commercial and property disputes
• Contributing to business development, networking and content creation

About You

• NQ-2 years PQE
• Ideally have experience in commercial dispute resolution or at least one litigation seat during training
