Sellick Partnership is recruiting an NQ Commercial Litigation Associate in Guildford for a leading disputes team. The role offers early responsibility, direct partner access, and exposure to high-value international matters.

You will handle a broad range of commercial litigation, including High Court disputes and international arbitration, with a focus on risk management and cross-border collaboration. Strong drafting and client skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong experience in commercial contract disputes, with at least one seat during training.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills; commercially aware and proactive.

A rare NQ opportunity has arisen for a driven Commercial Litigation Associate to join a leading, Tier 1-ranked disputes team at a Top 100 UK law firm.

You’ll join a highly regarded team handling complex, high-value commercial disputes for a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to major PLCs, with a strong international dimension.

The role offers early responsibility, direct partner access, and excellent client exposure, alongside first-class training and development.

The Role

• Work on a broad range of commercial litigation, including High Court disputes and international arbitration
• Advise on risk management and claims avoidance strategies
• Collaborate with international counsel on cross-border matters
• Take ownership of cases while contributing to wider team efforts
