Qualifications

• NQ-2 years PQE or equivalent through training
• Experience in commercial dispute resolution or at least one litigation seat
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded and proactive in approach
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Able to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• Committed to high standard of client service
• Keen to develop a career in commercial litigation
• Willing to get involved in business development and marketing

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload across contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and property litigation
• Develop own caseload with supervision and support from Partners
• Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
• Build strong client and professional relationships
• Develop experience across commercial and property disputes
• Contribute to business development, networking and content creation
