Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care is seeking a Branch Manager to join our team as part of a growing retail optics and audiology business.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead the branch, drive performance, nurture staff and customer relationships, and set clear priorities and milestones for growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced Dispensing Optician with strong communication and people leadership skills.

Competenze

• Qualified Dispensing Optician with GOC registration.
• Experience in branch leadership and retail optics environments.
