Job summary

Leightons Opticians is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy store, driving growth while maintaining outstanding customer service. You will report to the Area Manager and oversee daily operations, staff development and performance.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Dispensing Optician, registered with the GOC, with proven leadership in a retail optical environment and a commercial mindset to deliver results and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician and GOC registration are mandatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills and people management capabilities are essential.
• Retail optical experience is advantageous for this role.
