Job summary

Superdrug is looking for qualified Dispensers or trainees to join the Doncaster Frenchgate team. You will assist on the counter and dispensary, deliver excellent customer service, and help with stock and merchandising.

No prior experience is required for the Trainee Pharmacy Assistant track, with full training provided. Flexible 22-hour weeks, engaging role in a busy pharmacy with many development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working with the public is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop in pharmacy services.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: Doncaster Frenchgate (DN1 1LF)

Hours: 22 hours per week - Mon - Saturday flexibility required

Salary: £13.80 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re Looking For

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required - just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
