Job summary

Superdrug Stores is recruiting for a Pharmacy team member at the Northampton HUB, offering both Dispenser and Trainee Pharmacy Assistant pathways. This online, non-customer facing role supports the pharmacy team with counter sales, stock replenishment, and service delivery.

Hours are 18 per week across Saturdays and Sundays, with hourly rates of £15.15 for Dispensers or up to £13.95 for Trainee staff. No prior experience required, and development support is provided within a large UK-wide

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) is required or encouraged.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Passion for healthcare and customer service.

Responsibilities

Location:Northampton HUB (Online Pharmacy - Non customer facing role)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment

We’re Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
