Job summary

Superdrug in High Wycombe is seeking a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant to support the pharmacy team, with 8 hours per week across Fridays and Saturdays. Dispenser roles offer £14.20 per hour, while Trainee positions are up to £13.15 per hour.

No prior experience required—training and development are provided to help you grow in a busy pharmacy. You’ll work at the counter and dispensary, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) or keen interest in healthcare.
• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.

We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: High Wycombe - Eden Centre (HP11 2BY).

Hours: 8 hours per week - Across Fridays & Saturdays (We will also accept applications for Saturdays only per week).

Salary: £14.20 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.15 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

What You'll Be Doing:

We're Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
