Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Doncaster is seeking a Dispenser or Trainee Pharmacy Assistant to join the local pharmacy team. Location: Doncaster Frenchgate. Hours: 12 hours per week over 2 or 3 days, with alternate Saturdays, with flexibility on days and times.

Salary: £13.80 per hour (Dispenser) or up to £13.00 per hour (Trainee). No prior pharmacy experience required; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or keen interest to start as a trainee.

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) or keen interest in healthcare to begin as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior pharmacy experience required – just passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.

Location: Doncaster Frenchgate
Hours: 12 hours per week over 2 or 3 days. This will include alternate Saturdays. We can we flexible on the days worked and times.
Salary: £13.80 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.00 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re Looking For:
