Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Doncaster is hiring a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who want to start their career with us.

You'll work 22 hours per week across Mon–Sat with flexible hours and competitive pay: £13.80 per hour as a Dispenser, or up to £13 per hour as a trainee. We provide training and clear development paths within our growing pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent)
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary

Hours: 22 hours per week – Mon - Saturday flexibility required
Salary: £13.80 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re Looking For:
