About Sureserve Energy Services Meters:

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for coordinating and managing the schedule and movement of Engineers/Partner Engineers to ensure efficient and timely service meeting SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and dispatch Engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs,
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues,
  • Track the status and location of Engineers, to ensure timely arrivals and departures,
  • Address and manage emergency and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions,
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner,
  • Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
The Individual:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Salary £26208

Plus, a discretionary bonus of up to £1,800.00 per annum on successful achievement of monthly KPI’s
