Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the team to hit goals and deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership with accountability and integrity.
• Delegate tasks and provide clear guidance and support.
• Ensure staff have access to all task information.
• Provide performance feedback to the Department Manager.
• Identify training needs and raise them to the manager.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and well organised.
• In the absence of the Department Manager, run day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
• Support daily operations: receiving, storing and shipping gear.
• Check equipment pre-dispatch and report shortages or damages.
• Interact professionally with freelancers and customers.
• Assist in departmental changes and improvements.
