Job summary

Deta Electrical Company Limited is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and optimise warehouse operations. You will ensure safe, efficient handling of goods, accurate inbound and outbound activity, and high standards of service and quality.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Shift Manager, you will lead a team of operatives, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in processes, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a warehouse operation, ideally in a fast-paced distribution, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and stock controls.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound deliveries and ensure accurate receipt and processing.
• Coordinate put-away and stock location management to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead continuous improvement and support WMS enhancements.
