Acs Group is seeking an experienced, discreet Housekeeper for a large private residence in London. The role focuses on flawless home management, comfort and privacy, reporting to the House Manager/Butler and working with a small professional household team.

Responsibilities include luxury housekeeping, climate control, laundry, turndown service and coordination with staff, with an emphasis on confidentiality. 3+ years in private UHNW homes is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households.
• Excellent professional housekeeping skills and knowledge of luxury materials.
• Confident use of household equipment and basic apps/timers.
• Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across four floors, including reception rooms, spa, kitchen, gym and bedrooms.
• Carry out daily/weekly cleaning schedules; care for luxury surfaces.
• Oversee climate, air quality, temperature and humidity control.
• Manage full laundry cycle; care for luxury fabrics and linen sets.
• Perform evening turndown service and prepare bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Coordinate with household staff; maintain logs and confidentiality.
