The Disabled Facilities Grant Team is a small but dynamic group providing comprehensive and responsive services to clients. The role involves working closely with the Occupational Health Team to ensure projects meet client needs efficiently and cost-effectively. We support each other to deliver holistic, timely services that achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
We seek an experienced, proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and solution-focused Caseworker who is passionate about making a difference. Working alongside Occupational Health colleagues, you will support individuals to live independently in their own homes for longer.
