Staffline is seeking a Workplace Adjustment Lead to drive an inclusive workplace within a 12-month contract in Crawley. The role blends strategic governance with hands-on support for adjustments, reporting, and process evolution across locations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement and improve disability inclusion initiatives, manage the WAS portal and communications, and deliver actionable insights to leadership while operating in a hybrid working setup.

Mansioni

• Support roll out of the Workplace Adjustment Service (WAS) in live locations.
• Manage WPA requests from staff and contractors.
• Promote the service in new locations, adapting to local practices.
• Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to support planning.
• Ensure WAS is operated effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain WAS front-end: portal, FAQs, mailbox, emails.
• Raise awareness of workplace adjustment processes across stakeholders.
• Generate reports and data to support growth and improvements.
• Act as first line trouble-shooter for supply or customer concerns.
• Review and maintain adjustments catalogue.
• Support process changes as the service expands.
• Develop expertise to apply best practices in disability inclusion.
