Everpool Recruitment is seeking Disability Assessors (PIP/WCA) for roles across the south of England with hybrid working from home and office. Roles involve performing assessments with no weekend shifts and a structured 12-week training program.

Salary ranges are £45,000–£48,000 plus excellent bonus schemes; positions require 1+ year post-registration experience in adult settings and active registration. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with part-time WCA options after training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Active professional registration (at least 1 year).
• Strong communication, accurate assessment, and good IT/report-writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct assessments by phone and face-to-face with claimants.
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and activities of daily living.
• Compile detailed reports for DWP.
