Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking PIP Disability Assessors for a hybrid role based in Aylesbury. The position offers £40,000 rising to £42,000 plus bonuses, with Monday to Friday, daytime hours and full training on full pay.

You will assess how a person’s health condition or disability affects daily living and mobility, write reports used by the DWP, and may be involved in Work Capability Assessments. Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Active professional registration (NMC/HCPC/GPhC as applicable) with no conditions or restrictions.
• At least 1 year of post-registration adult clinical experience.
• Full right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Telephone and face‑to‑face PIP assessments.
• Review medical evidence and supporting information.
• Assess how health conditions affect daily living and mobility.
• Apply clinical reasoning and professional judgment to reports.
• Write clear, objective, evidence‑based reports for the DWP.
