Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is hiring a Disability Assessor in Cambridge for a hybrid role. You will assess claimants for Work Capability assessments via phone or in person, using clinical reasoning to determine daily activities and work capability. Training is provided, with regular hours Monday–Friday.

The role requires RN/OT/Physio background, post-registration experience, and registration with NMC/HCPC. Salary is £42,000 with progression bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post-registration clinical experience in adult setting.
• Valid NMC/HCPC registration is required.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess claimants seeking universal credit and/or employment support via phone or face-to-face.
• Utilise clinical reasoning and critical thinking to evaluate daily activities and work capability.
• Review medical evidence and produce detailed reports for the DWP.

Full Time - Hybrid - Monday-Friday, 9-5 (Part time - 3/4 days - Hybrid)
