Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is hiring a Disability Assessor (WCA) for Nurses, OT, Physio, Paramedics and Pharmacists in Salisbury. Roles are home-based and office-based, with Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Starting salary £42,000 plus a 5% incentive bonus after training.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments by phone and in person, reviewing evidence, and producing reports for the DWP. Full-time and part-time options are available after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Must hold active NMC or HCPC registration.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary:

WCA Functional Assessor (5 assessments per day) - £42,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm - Full-time and part-time positions available after full-time training period.

• Review Evidence:analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
• Compile Reports:Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
