Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to run the operational engine behind its international growth. You will lead our existing sales operations team and own planning, forecasting, territory design, reporting, and process rigor across multiple countries and time zones.

You will partner with GVP/VPs, align with global Revenue Operations, and drive data integrity in Salesforce while extending best practices to EMEA and APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales operations in high-growth enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to design multi-country territory plans and quota setting.
• Hands-on Salesforce fluency for reporting, data models, and CRM governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the existing Sales Operations team for EMEA and APAC.
• Own planning, forecasting, territory design, reporting, and process rigor across regions.
• Own pipeline health analytics and cadence of forecasting and board-ready reporting.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and GTM stack; partner with global GTM Ops on system changes.
