Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead a growing healthcare technology team that delivers AI-assisted patient access solutions. You will drive fast live deployments, scale the onboarding process, and align engineering with implementation milestones.

You will manage capacity, KPIs, and client communications, while shaping career paths for team members and collaborating with Support and Account Management to ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare/tech implementations or onboarding teams.
• Proven track record reducing onboarding timelines.
• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems.
• Hands-on, player-coach approach to team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of implementation professionals.
• Reduce implementation timelines from 90 days to 30 days.
• Streamline workflows and automate onboarding with Engineering.
• Manage implementation capacity, project pipelines, and client communication.
• Own implementation tools, dashboards, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Build career paths and partner with Support and Account Management on client handoffs.
