ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Technical Healthcare Implementation Specialist to deploy AI voice agents for physician practices, onsite in Birmingham. You will manage end-to-end implementations, coordinate EHR/PM and telephony integrations, and drive faster onboarding for a fast-growing healthcare startup.

The role requires healthcare and tech startup experience, strong SaaS implementation skills, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver seamless workflows.

• Provide weekly status updates to practices and stakeholders.
• Ensure go-lives pass QA and hand off to Support and Account Management.

Compensation

• Up to $110,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep practices informed with weekly status updates
• Ensure every go-live passes QA before launch
• Hand off smoothly to Support and Account Management

What You'll Need to be Considered
