GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a senior QHSEE leader to drive quality, health, safety, environmental and energy management across the UK and Ireland. You will head the QHSEE team, ensure ISO certifications, and oversee sites from production to service, with regular UK/Ireland travel.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate, extensive regulatory knowledge, and 5+ years in HSE leadership within a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety is required.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 audits is essential.
• Minimum 5 years in national norms and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and management of QHSEE systems.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 50001 certifications.
• Oversee UK and Ireland operations and travel as needed.
• Drive continual improvement and safety culture across sites.
