IEP Technologies, part of the HOERBIGER Group, is seeking a QSHE Manager based in the UK. The role covers the UK, France and Italy, with roughly 50% time at the Cheltenham site and 50% remote support for operations in France and Italy.

You will lead QA, safety, health and environmental performance and drive improvements across sites. You will develop and maintain policies, supervise audits, and mentor management teams while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and legislation.

Formación

• Applying quality, health, safety and environmental requirements within an ISO-certified environment.
• Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and compliance records across three countries.
• Strong documentation, audit records and performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal and external audits and maintain certifications across three countries.
• Identify and reduce workplace, environmental and operational risks through inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, near misses and quality concerns using root-cause analysis.
• Deliver inductions and training, supporting field teams and sharing best practices.
