CBRE UK is expanding its Organisation Design Consulting capability and is seeking a Director/Manager-level consultant to lead complex client engagements focused on organisation design, organisational effectiveness and related business transformation challenges across the real estate and built environment sector.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in management consulting, internal consulting, or advisory roles.
• Experience leading complex client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering organisation design or related transformation engagements.
• Experience contributing to account growth or business development for the practice.
• Industry experience in real estate or built environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of organisation design engagements from diagnostic to implementation planning.
• Design and facilitate senior-level workshops (strategy-to-structure, operating model design, role clarity, decision rights).
• Translate business strategy into organisation structures, governance models, data/metrics strategy, and ways of working.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including executives and functional leaders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across engagements.
