Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking an Associate Director or Director to lead complex consulting engagements in the European data centre and digital infrastructure market, guiding clients on development, operations, energy strategy and investment.

You will produce high-quality research and advisory outputs, manage senior client relationships and help grow CBRE's Data Centre Research & Consulting business through revenue generation and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre consulting, digital infrastructure, investment strategy, or market research.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality written research and client deliverables.
• Strong analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting investment, acquisitions or market-entry decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments across the European data centre and digital infrastructure sector.
• Advise on market, investment and business-critical decisions for clients.
• Manage projects from scope definition to delivery.
• Develop proposals and advisory solutions that generate revenue.
• Prepare market assessments, due diligence reports and investment papers.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Collaborate with CBRE's market and research teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
