Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and prepare deliverables on time and to a high quality, including workstream leadership.
• Engage with clients to understand strategic objectives and constraints.
• Design programme strategy and planning with robust delivery plans.
• Develop governance and controls solutions to drive process optimisation.
• Produce PMO artefacts such as dashboards, risk registers and communications plans.
• Lead delivery of programmes, track risks, actions and milestones, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support business development and market-facing materials.
