Job summary

Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital is seeking a Director of Operations to lead non-clinical services across the site and drive performance to exceed targets. You will partner with the Health Systems Director and Clinical Services leaders to deliver the charity’s strategic goals while managing budgets and delivering strong customer service.

As part of the senior management team, you will shape the hospital’s growth plans, oversee outsourced services, and champion a customer-first culture.

We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, 3 operating theatres plus 1 endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy and a diagnostic department.
