Job summary

Bombardier London Biggin Hill Service Centre seeks an Operational Support Director to lead all operational support teams, drive strategic programs, and manage budgets. Qualifications

• Experience leading operational support teams in aviation maintenance.
• Knowledge of EASA/CAA regulations and Part 145 requirements.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational support teams for Bombardier London.
• Develop strategic plans to support new programs and capabilities.
• Manage direct reports through performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensure training programs meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate budget, labor margin, and operating expenses.
• Maintain supplier and vendor payments and ensure on-time delivery.
