• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and financial reports.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with forecasting ability.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Research and analytical skills to analyze trends and data.

Aufgaben

• Oversee aircraft maintenance department operations across sites.
• Develop and manage annual department budget and approve vendor invoices.
• Achieve monthly financial objectives including labor margin and Opex.
• Ensure maintenance meets EASA/CAA regulations and customer quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers and resolve invoicing questions.
• Identify staff training needs to maintain qualifications.
• Ensure tooling and equipment availability to support operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes and procedures.
• Analyze service data to identify trends and margin performance.
• Contribute to strategic plans for new programs and capabilities.
