The Celtic Collection seeks a Head of Event Management at ICC Wales in Newport to lead the Event Management team, driving planning, delivery and client satisfaction for high-profile events. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and venue teams to ensure flawless execution and revenue opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced events leader who can manage complex conferences, exhibitions and gala dinners, while mentoring staff, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering

Qualifications

• Significant experience with in event management, hospitality, conferences, exhibitions or a related industry.
• Ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team.
• Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Event Management team to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Manage complex, large-scale, high-profile events from planning through execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as their trusted contact.
• Ensure event documentation, contracts, financials and briefs are accurate to a high standard.
