The Celtic Collection is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the delivery of safety standards across our multi-site portfolio, including ICC Wales and our hotels and venues. You’ll partner with hotel and events teams to keep guests and staff safe while driving practical improvements.

You will oversee governance, audits, incident investigations, training and contractor controls, with two on-site days per week at ICC Wales and flexibility to cover other sites.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (with progression to Level 5)
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, fire safety and related compliance
• Experience conducting audits, investigations and safety inspections
• Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills
• Calm, pragmatic approach with attention to detail

Aufgaben

• Lead governance, systems & assurance for H&S across sites
• Manage operational safety and fire safety across multiple properties
• Investigate significant incidents, near misses and complaints; root-cause analyses
• Promote a positive, proactive safety culture and deliver training
• Review RAMS, manage permits to work and ensure safe site operations
• Oversee safety planning for major events at ICC Wales and across The Celtic Collection
