Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring colleagues acquire necessary skills
- Design, deliver, oversee, and evaluate training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership development, and compliance
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify training needs, foster continuous learning, and coordinate talent development
- Communicate learning initiatives and hotel updates to promote knowledge sharing
- Prepare the annual learning and development budget considering departmental training needs
- Monitor performance, advise on succession planning, and support team growth
General Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Learning and Development in a similar role, ideally within luxury hotels or retail
- Experience in 5-star hotels or large-scale operations is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills, creative, adaptable, positive, and fun attitude
- Fluent in English communication
- Exceptional personal presentation as a brand ambassador
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
