A leading company in gaming content and technology is seeking a Global Learning Program Manager to oversee leadership development programs. This role involves managing program delivery, designing training content, and conducting learning needs analyses. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The Global Learning Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all global leadership development programs across the organization. In addition to managing core programs, the role will support learning initiatives, including designing training content, facilitating sessions (live, hybrid and online), and conducting learning needs analyses in partnership with our Talent and Learning leads, People and Culture Business Partners (P&C BPs), and business stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping a strong leadership pipeline by driving high-impact learning experiences that align with enterprise strategy and the evolving needs of the business.
