Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a Head of Launch to build and scale the onboarding and integration engine for acquiring and integrating lettings agencies. You will own a portfolio of businesses through early integration, leading a growing team to manage day-to-day trading, people, and synergies.

You will report to the Director of Launch, hire and coach Launch Managers and Associates, and help roll out Dwelly’s platform‑as‑a‑service offering to partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Senior operator with 10+ years in venture-backed, high-growth businesses.
• Proven track record launching and scaling markets, functions, or business lines.
• Experience building and leading teams through rapid growth.
• Designing scalable operating processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve onboarding and integration playbooks.
• Own day-to-day performance of acquired businesses awaiting integration; manage BAU, P&L, people, and synergy capture.
• Lead completion announcements and staff communications; mentor and supervise Launch Managers.
• Develop talent pipelines and manage transitions for staff in acquired agencies.
• Establish baseline performance metrics for new acquisitions and design improvement plans.
• Lead multiple integration projects: data transfer, process migration, and onboarding communications.
