Job summary

Dwelly is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line lettings team across Tenant Find, Property Management and Payments. You will own daily delivery, lead 2–6 initial staff scaling to 6–12, and drive performance, process improvements and technology adoption.

Ideal candidates will have UK lettings experience, strong people leadership, and a track record of maintaining high service standards while delivering on KPIs in a fast-growing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup/scale-up or tech-led business with KPI-driven delivery.
• 1+ years leading front-line teams of 5+ with targets.
• Experience managing performance processes and coaching.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change; strong operational instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own daily output and key metrics for Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments.
• Lead, coach and develop a 2–6 to 12 person frontline team.
• Maintain service quality and customer experience across properties.
• Drive process changes and adoption of new technology and AI-enabled workflows.
