Job summary

Dwelly is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line Leating/Property Management/Payments team across our network of branches. You will lead a team of Letting Negotiators, Property Managers and Financial Analysts, starting with 2–6 and growing to 6–12 as we scale, ensuring daily delivery and weekly targets are met.

You will rebuild processes, roll out new technology and AI-enabled workflows, while maintaining morale and high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup, scale-up or tech-led business with KPI-driven operations.
• Experience leading front-line teams of 5+ and hitting targets.
• Ability to use operational data to set priorities and diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily output across Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments journey.
• Hit and beat key metrics every day and week; manage daily operating rhythm.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; 1:1s, training and performance reviews.
• Protect quality and customer experience by enforcing SOPs and service standards.
• Drive transformation by rebuilding processes and enabling new tools/AI-enabled workflows.
