Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Director of Implementations to lead a team of project managers and MSP/VMS leaders for global client accounts. You will guide internal and external customers, sponsor major implementations, and ensure best practices across projects.

Qualified candidates bring 15+ years of PM experience in MSP, 10+ years leading teams, and proven ability to mentor managers and evolve implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience, preferably within the MSP space.
• 10+ years of experience managing a team.
• Adopt continuous improvement to develop faster, cost-effective implementation strategies while mitigating risk.
• Enhance, modify, implement, and communicate PM methodology and standards.
• Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team performance and create a project library.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor key implementations and mentor the project team on approaches and strategies.
• Monitor colleague performance; educate and coach for growth and performance.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to ensure project sponsorship and support.
